Mike Simmons - msimmons @ kimwood.com
Kimwood Sander Sales Manager
Mike originally worked at Kimwood during the late 70's before leaving to pursue other interests in the industry. After spending many years providing service and products to the Wood Products Industry, Mike returned in November of 2002 as an inside parts sales person in support of the Sander and Cylinder product lines. In 2007 Mike was elevated to the position of Kimwood's Sander Sales Manager in charge of all major sander sales and parts sales for new and reconditioned sander equipment. Mike does extensive traveling as Kimwood's primary sales representative and to support Kimwood's many customers in the industry.

Jim Simmons - jsimmons @ kimwood.com
Sander Equipment & Parts
Jim started his career at Kimwood in 1983 working in the fabrication department. In 1992 he transferred into shipping and receiving where he gained an intimate knowledge of Kimwood Sander and Stetson Ross planer parts along with saw and hog parts. In 1998 Jim left to pursue other interests but returned to Kimwood in 2005 .With Jims increasing knowledge of the Kimwood product lines growing he was elevated to the positon of inside parts sales in 2007 where his main focus is with Kimwood Sander parts.

Hog and Ferrari Equipment & Parts
Jim joined Kimwood in 1977 where he began in the Shipping/Receiving and Stockroom Department. In 1978, Jim advanced to a position in the Assembly Department where he was involved in the assembly of Kimwoods various product lines. In February 2002, Jim was transferred to inside-parts sales to support the Hog and Ferrari product lines.

Stetson-Ross and Tri-State Parts
Ed has been with Kimwood since 1978 where he began in the Shipping/Receiving and Stockroom Department. In 1992, Ed advanced to Inside Parts Sales department working primarily with Stetson-Ross Planer Parts with support provided to the Ferrari, Tri-State and Hog lines.

John Simmons -
Inside Parts, Phone Service Support and Special Projects
John has been employed by Kimwood since 1959. He has worked in the cylinder department, electrical and field service departments and advanced into sales in 1977. John currently is working part-time having retired from full time as of January 2002. As a part-time employee, John will be working on special sales projects.

Eric (Ric) Nelson - rnelson @ kimwood.com
School and Service Coordinator
Eric acts as Kimwoods school and service coordinator with his primary duty to provide our customers with all around complete service. Kimwood Corporation maintains a complete staff of Field Service Technicians trained to conduct classroom school sessions and to provide technical guidance and assistance with Kimwood machinery installation, repair and maintenance, including troubleshooting, routine inspections, retrofit installs, deck alignments, etc. Eric is responsible for school and service scheduling including dispatching of Field Service Technicians.

Doug Cook - dcook @ kimwood.com
Field Service Technican
Doug joined Kimwood in 1969 in the electrical department. Since then Doug has worked in the fab shop, roll room, maintenance, assembly shop and currently in field service. Doug's primary focus is machine start-ups and trouble shooting customer problems.

Dennis Twite - dtwite @ kimwood.com
Field Service Technican
Prior to joining Kimwood, Dennis has had 18 years of experience as a planer operator and maintenance technician. Dennis has worked at Kimwood since 1995 as a field service technician for Stetson-Ross Planers. He also supports the Kimwood Sander and Ferrari Resaw product lines. When Dennis is not traveling he works in the assembly department assisting with the manufacture of new equipment.

Kris Woodard - kwoodard @ kimwood.com
General Manager
Kris is part of the third generation Woodard family to be involved with the Kimwood day to day operations. Having worked in all departments at Kimwood starting in 1964 on part time and/or full time basis, Kris assumed the role of Kimwood's General Manager in 1998.

Bob Lilja - blilja @ kimwood.com
Manufacting Manager
Bob has worked for Kimwood since 1969. During this time he has worked in various departments of manufacting, starting with the fabrication shop, then to machine shop, assembly shop and field service. Bob also works closely with sales and engineering in supporting customer requests.

Rick Bricher - rbricher @ kimwood.com
Mechanical Engineer
Rick has worked in the Engineering Department since 1990. During this time he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University in 1998. Rick has a broad knowledge of the Kimwood product line, past and present. He is responsible for designing and retro-fitting Kimwood's equipment to meet and exceed the needs of the Wood Products Industry.

Electrical Systems
Eric has been with Kimwood since 1979, when he joined the Electrical Department. In addition to machine assembly, he also coordinates Field Service and sander schools. In 1998, Eric became the head of the Electrical Systems Department overseeing design and implementation, for all new and rebuilt machinery, including electrical system upgrades for machinery currently in service.

Effie Anderson - eanderson @ kimwood.com
Accounting Supervisor
Effie has worked at Kimwood since 1993 in the Accounting Department. She is responsible for all accounting/financial functions.

Dave Gass - dgass @ kimwood.com
Purchasing Agent
Dave has been with Kimwood since 1977. He started in the Stockroom and moved his way to Shipping/Receiving and then to Purchasing. Dave supports all the departments of Kimwood with his knowledge of the product lines.

Joy Bridgens - jbridgens @ kimwood.com
Safety and Human Resources Supervisor
Following college graduation and off-site personnel preparatory experience, Joy was employed full time by Kimwood in 1998 as Kimwood's supervisor in charge of all Human Resources, Safety and compliance related issues, Payroll and coordinates all employee events as required.
