Hydraulic Hoist and Tensioning Retro-Fit
The Hydraulic Hoist and Tensioning Retro-Fit is offered as an alternative to the standard spring suspension or earlier "3-M" hydraulic system in order to present a system producing a uniform feeding pressure on lumber passing through the planer. Hydraulic control not only assures constant pressure for board variations with simple adjustments but also provides for automatic opening & closing of feed rolls. This also allows for reduction in downtime from stoppages & break ups. Time is reduced by using switch controls as opposed to the time lengthened procedure of the existing hoist motor or manual control. This system can be supplied with a new hydraulic power pack unit or can be used with a customer supplied unit.
This upgrade is available for 612A, 612A1, 612MA, 612MA1, 612C, 612C1, 614D, & 614D1 Model Planers.
